Please allow up to 1 to 3 business days for order processing. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Our pieces are crafted using premium materials, including 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel, and PVD gold plating. These materials are selected for their exceptional durability, resistance to water, and tarnish-free qualities, even with regular wear. None of our products contain brass, nickel, copper, or iron.

Our pieces are an excellent hypoallergenic choice for people with sensitive skin and who wear jewelry frequently. This commitment to quality materials reflects our dedication to providing jewelry that stands the test of time and maintains its beauty through everyday use.

While our commitment to sustainability is an ongoing journey, it has been our guiding principle since day one.

Product: Our jewelry is ethically sourced and crafted in China, in collaboration with suppliers dedicated to safe working conditions and exceptional craftsmanship. We maintain small inventory quantities, allowing for meticulous quality checks and minimizing waste. Any products that don't meet our exacting standards are offered for sale or donated to local organizations and charities.

Packaging: Our custom jewelry boxes are designed as keepsakes for reuse and are made from recycled cardboard. Customers have the choice of receiving their orders in these eco-friendly boxes or opt for our more streamlined, recycled satin pouches. All orders are shipped in 100% biodegradable and compostable mailers, accompanied by acid-free tissue paper. Our packaging overall is made up of 85% sustainably-produced materials.

Environmental Responsibility: In our studio, waste reduction, minimal printing, paper recycling, and reuse are key priorities. For instance, we've transitioned to digital packing slips on our iPad to reduce paper usage. We make a conscious effort to repurpose packaging materials whenever possible, and we're proud to use original mailing boxes for exchanges, reducing waste.
